ADW Services Terms & Conditions:

This Agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “You) and ADW (hereafter referred to as “ADW”, “Igimbi Engineering (Pty) Ltd”, “us”, “Our”, or “We”) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service, you agree to the full terms of this agreement without modification by you. By using the services of ADW, you hereby agree to the following terms:

Bookings

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any services rendered.
  • We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.
  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfil the service type.
    Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.
  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure.
  • ADW will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns with Management.
  • Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to ensure all requirements have been met.
  • ADW reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands made above and beyond the booked detailing. Should there be an extra service that is required, ADW should be notified 24 hours prior to the collection of the vehicle.
  • A Pre-Collection form will be handed to the client prior to the vehicle leaving the Dealership. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the checklist has been completed him/herself to ensure that the client is satisfied with the requested services.

Communications

  • ADW will send you email and SMS text messages to confirm your service booking/request
  • When your service request is received, your name, phone number, address, and vehicle information will be saved on our database.
  • ADW may call you directly regarding your scheduled service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey. In the event of a cancelled request, we may call you to inquire about your reasons for cancelling.
  • All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.
  • ADW reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty should there be any additional services required but, wherever possible, will let the customer know.

Service Guarantee

  • If there is a probable and clear cause that the service Detailer did not fulfil the service as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we should be notified so that we may attend to the matter at hand.
  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odours, human or animal biological waste, Mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray, or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redo’s or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.
  • Only services included in your quotation/invoice will be completed.
  • Payment is due at the completion of the service rendered. Refusal or failure to pay for your service will result in the vehicle not leaving the premises.
